1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (sarifconsulting.ai) or engaging the services of Sarif Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or engage our services.

2. Services

Sarif Consulting provides AI-augmented consulting services including research and strategic analysis, web development, strategic materials production and content and communications. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and compensation for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Sarif Consulting and the client.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written engagement agreement, all deliverables produced by Sarif Consulting for a client become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Sarif Consulting retains no license to use, reproduce, or reference client deliverables without explicit written authorization.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, design elements and code—is the property of Sarif Consulting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

4. Confidentiality

Sarif Consulting treats all client project details, communications and deliverables as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client work publicly without explicit written consent. Clients agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, processes, or non-public information shared by Sarif Consulting as confidential.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Sarif Consulting reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on an engagement in the event of non-payment.

All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sarif Consulting provides services and deliverables to the best of its ability and professional judgment. However, we do not warrant that any deliverable will achieve a specific business outcome, secure funding, win an election, or produce any particular result. Clients retain full responsibility for decisions made based on our work.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarif Consulting’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.

7. Warranties and Representations

This website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sarif Consulting does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Sarif Consulting makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party information referenced in deliverables. All research deliverables cite sources and are produced with rigorous verification, but clients are responsible for independently confirming any data before making consequential decisions.

8. Use of AI Tools

Sarif Consulting employs AI meta-orchestration as a core component of its production methodology. Deliverables are produced under the judgment and editorial oversight of human architects and do not constitute outputs generated without human review. We are transparent about our methodology and will discuss the role of AI in any engagement upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with Sarif Consulting shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
